That can be a tricky question< grin>...
Many people have different ideas about what is best....I
It takes some time.decide...Especially if you are not familiar with
computer jargon at the start..
This is what I suggest..
Go the computer shops( preferably the ones specializing on notebooks
and browse on many units that fits your price range...If you find
something that catch your fancy..Examine its features, read the specs .
Have a good look at it and think of it for some time.
..Give it a "test drive". How does it feel in your hands...?
If might be a bit weird....but when I was shopping for my own
unit....I did those things I mentioned ,follow my gut feel and when I
found my choice....I never regretted the purchase... |

Go to your favorite store, pick three in your price range. Pick one and try
it for yourself. Note the store's return policy, get it home and start
learning. At your price point, you have many options. I like extended
warranties, you may not at the $1100 price point. I like Costco's 6 month
return period, many like the price and selction at Best Buy.
