I am considering the purchase of a business card scanner. Have any of you
had any experiences with these scanners? If so, could you give me some
advice about which one's seem to be the best or worst?

I installed a few of the first-generation Cardscan machines and they
worked exactly as advertised. It did a surprisingly good job of
OCRing the card. You still need to eyeball it to check but it beats
typing.

You might want to look at the lower end Epson scanners. They come with a
program that allows you to scan and ocr biz cards. It does a great job.
