IBM T22 display problem |
|
|
Hi,
I've just bought a used IBM T22 and I have a small problem with its
display. Both brightness and contrast are very high. Fn + home does not
work - the parameters are still too high. Text is poorly visible and so
my eyes hurt.
Also there is no possibility to adjust brightness/contrast in the
graphic card software.
Is there a software that allows to adjust the parameters, or maybe the
matrix is worn out?
thanks in advance,
F.
PS
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 |

Hi there,
Just when the T22 is booting press F1 to enter BIOS
Setup Utility. Under "Config" / "Display" you can
set "Brightness" to either "Normal" or "High".

That is only on battery power. On AC, the brightness defaults to high
unless you dim it down.
