I have a weird error on my graphic card. I have a A-open Gforce 5900.

I was just about to watch a film on the TV when a delayed Outlook in
safe mode started.
Ever since that my TV-out have been in Black and White.

However. When I boot the system up the boot and bios screen are all in
colour. Worth mentoning is that
I use the composite cable. Not the S-video one.

I did have this problem before but that was before I adjusted from
B/PAL which is the standard setting into the more detailed B/PAL -
Sweden (where I live).

No matter what adjustments I make in the Nvidia Settings its all black
& white. I get the feeling it has something to do with Outlook or
windows. The drivers I use are the latest from Nvidia.

I doubt it is Outlook.
Black and white is normally because you are set to output S-video.
Have you managed to find this setting within the nvidia settings.
It should be there under device settings for the TV.

As Paul C stated.
You try to unstall NVIDIA driver in safe mode and reinstall. Driver may got
currupted.
