Depends if the signal is broadcast in stereo (and not all TV Programs/FM
Stations are). If you have clear reception of a stereo signal, the card will
output it in stereo though.

the FM Have a good front end preamp?

I have a tv antenna connected to it. 10 channels or so. |
I still perfer my stereo or fm radio to it.
