What is the minimum hardware a laptop should have for watching a DVD movie?
The user shouldn't notice any type of degradation in the movie quality.

what OS???


for windows98...
450mhz processor with 128 megs of RAM
videocard with 32megs of memory

although you might get away with less. i'd err on the side
of caution


Note: for XP you'd need 256 megs of ram
and hopefully a faster cpu
