Problem Communicating With TWAIN Device - Possible Solution |

We have a Visioneer 8700 USB scanner at the office. One gal kept
getting the "Problem Communicating With TWAIN Device" error, and none
of the solutions I saw were the answer. So, in case anyone else ever
runs into this, the problem was.... a double-click.
In the PaperPort program, you click a button to acquire scans from the
scanner. While everyone else only single-clicked, she double-clicked.
Hope this helps someone one of these days. |
