Hi All

I am posting here as I subscribe to this ng being a laptop user and
have an issue which is bugging me sensless and must have others
equally!

In XP (SP1) how to stop the 'arrange icons' function under right
click/properties/arrange icons, reverting to 'allign to grid' on
reboot/reset?? Its mucking up my carefully organised look!!
