Epson CX5400 misaligned and not printing every line

Basically explained it in the subject box. About every 6 lines or so of
text, it prints only the bottom half of a line, and every two lines are
slightly misaligned. I've gone through all the realignment things on
the printer and printed test pages, and it still turns out like this.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

try these:

1-- change the ink cartridges (if they r not epson originals)
2-- check if the labels over the cartridges r sealed ...dont remove them at all.jut remove the label tail with a small area of the label which give a lettel breath hole
