Lite-on SOHW-802S trouble |

I have a Lite-on SOHW-802S CD/DVD writer that came with my Compa
Presario (SR1130NX). The drive will play DVDs without issue, but i
does not see a CD for reading (like audio CDs or CD-RW) or writin
(CD-RW), and it does not see the DVD (DVD-RW) for writing. Each tim
I try to write, the system prompts me to place a disc in the drive
however, there is already a disc in the drive. I tried to update th
driver for this drive and it said I had the current driver. I trie
to uninstall and then re-install the driver, but that did not mak
any difference
Can anyone PLEASE help me with this |
