Dell C610 screen size while booting |
|
|
I have this stand along bootable memory test program,
and noticed that 2 Dell C610 laptops sitting side by side
had different screen box sizes while running the program....
Now, this is not under Windows, and not under DOS,
but just a bootable program - why different screen boxes ? |

BIOS setup has (presumably) a setting for 'Screen Expansion'. One is
enabled, one is not.

There is a BIOS option for 'stretch'. With it off, you'll likely see large
black borders. With it on, the screen will be stretched and it will be full
screen.
