x800 Pro vs. a 6800 128MB

I've got a 6800 (not GT, non Ultra) with 128MB in my computer now. I
was looking at a x800 pro 256MB to replace it, however, now I'm seeing
some benchmarks that tell me the only benefit may be reduced heat and a
faster framerate in Half-Life with AA and AF on. Is this the only
difference? Any other benefits of the x800 pro over the standard 6800?
