Toshiba Satellite 1625CDT sound driver? |

I know, it's older but it still works. I need a sound driver for WIN
2000 pro for my 1625CDT. Toshibas site doesn't list it. Where can I
find this driver?

Seems to use the Crystal 4281 chipset.
The Win9X driver is s162snd8.exe
The Win2K driver is s167snd2.exe
If you Google the file name, you get some hits that are direcly
downloadable, such as:

www.driverguide.com DriverGuide requires registration. They have many
drivers, some are actually properly identified for a specific model
computer (!). You might make a call to Toshiba support to request a
driver. Again, you could get lucky.

Thanks for the info. I looked but not close enough and all I could find
was for WIN98. Anyway, maybe now I can have sound with my WIN2k. |
