I bought a new video card "ATI All-In-Wonder 9600". I did a fresh install of
Windows XP HE Operating System, all related drivers and software; mainboard,
AGP, sound, video, ect. Also, enabled the UDMA.

After I installed the new video drivers (CAT 5.10) and ATI Multimedia Center
9.08 with ATI remote wonder 3.02, setup all related ATI software. Everything
installed and setup correctly, but, one thing is wrong. When I go into the
ATI TV Tuner, I see a slight jitter in the TV broadcast image. The ATI TV
Tuner broadcast is not as smooth as it should be.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Or, what could be wrong?

Users have claimed MMC 9.08 has bugs and doesn't work very well.

I have AIW 9600XT. I am using Cat 5.10 and MMC 9.06.1

You may want to uninstall 9.08 and download 9.06.1.

Where the hell do I get that version? MMC 9.06.1

ATI's website no longer post this for download. You can only download MMC
9.08.
