Hi all,

The printer has started to give me some trouble. When i print a
picture, i get white lines in the print out. I did the usual head
cleaning and alignment suggestions, but no use. I than made a test
subject by using PhotoShop and making three rectangles and filling one
with magenta, one with yellow and the other with cyan. I printed it out
and the white lines are in the cyan rectangle. I have already cleaned
the heads several times and don't want to waste more ink. I would
appreciate it if some one who knows how to fix this would help me.
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions, i will read them all.
Richard

Richard,
If the printer is still in warranty get them to repair it otherwise e-mail Art
Entlich (scan this ng for his e-mail address) and describe the problem to him.
He is very willing to help and has a free manual to help recover from this sort
of problem.

BTW just ignore Measekite, he is just a pathetic troll and will give you no
advice of any value.

Hi,
Try dropping Arthur Entlich (Art) an email stating model and fault,
he'll gladly send you his cleaning method free of charge to-:

e-printerhelp(@)MVPS(.)org

remove the brackets and leave no spaces (to avoid spam), you'll see
his postings throughout this NG.
