What's really funny is measekite said "you sell aftermarket ink", which
is a hoot because I don't know of a store that doesn't sell aftermarket
ink in one way or another, except perhaps perhaps Compusa in my local
store but on the website they do. But everyone else sells either a
store branded ink, major or minor names. But if he wants to believe
you're part of the grand aftermarket conspiracy I say let him... far
easier to accept that it's some evil plot rather than quality control
going down the tubes. . |

Quality control is at the core of the business however you define it.
We sell OEM, Refilled and Compatible cartridges as well as other stuff and if
you only focus on one of these you would clearly be missing a part of the
marketplace. Ultimately customers choose and will come back if the products,
service and prices are competitive. Strange that anybody would want to see it
any other way since this is the cornerstone of a democratic free market -
customers choosing. There is no plot but it is almost fun to imagine there is
one so that we can add a little spice to life!

Actually I was speaking of quality control on printers... which well
what does one expect when a printer that was normally priced as a $300
item is now a $100 item... and you have to trim the fat somewhere...
and you have people like our resident troll who are happy to blame any
printer issue from the onscreen preview being tweeky to paper jams on
aftermarket products. That's what's funny, not someone who sells
printers also selling aftermarket ink which is almost always the case
where ever you go. |

hurt other people's feelings. But I think you were right when you said
he was a "Gamata malaka". That is the answer to your question.
Also it's know that printer companys pay people to spread the word
about their printers because young people don't watch as much TV. I
don't believe this.. I believe he enjoys making people angry. |
