Can anyone advise on this :-

One that can read the datafiles and do a list and/or pic
but in the proper DVD case format not the normal cd cases

you could do worse than try accoustica cd/dvd label maker.

It's cheap, has lots of extra goodies for free and if you look in the
paper settings you can even choose to have it print in the slimline
dvd case sizes. It's two default settings are for cd and normal dvd
(the one you're looking for) but also even better, there's a free
download, fully working for you to try.
