Does anyone here own the Linksys WVC54G Internet camera?
I am interested in knowing if you are experiencing the same issues as I am and
if these can be considered normal.
My activity indicator on the camera is lit all the time. It flashes during
actual activity but when there is no activity the indicator is lit solid.
When I unplug it from power... and then plug it back in... nothing at all
happens for approx 7 minutes. I have learned that if I just wait that it will
eventually turn on and connect to my network. If I unplug it and leave it
unplugged for over 7 or so minutes and plug it back in ... it turns on
immediately and connects to my network. I don't understand why it behaves this
way. Is it a heat issue? Do I need to return this camera now and not wait for it
to fail completely?
Linksys support was not much help with this problem.

Try asking in the below group. This sounds like a typical wifi
type of issue.
