Hello

I have a laptop (HP Compaq nx9010) running XP Pro (Service Pack 1 from
memory) that I cannot log into.

The two users & administrator passwords are "correct " according to an
online Login Recovery Service I used to reveal them. However I cannot
login with any of them. I get an error message "The local Policy of this
system does not permit you to login interactively" Pressing OK takes me
back to the password entry page.

The passwords previously worked fine.

I have tried to use system restore - after starting from the original CD
I got to C:\Windows and was asked for administrator password which I
entered. The C:\windows came up again but no further instructions. Could
anyone help me from there?
