hp officejet 155 goingbonkers |

sorry if i've posted this alrready but my new printer keeps giving me
the error message to turn off and on again and no matter how mant
times i do this the same error message shows up
do i need to this thing serviced and if so where in the uk I live near
cambridge can i get it done

Since the unit is new, why not return it to
the vendor for refund or replacement?

Try un-plugging the power cord for two minutes or so then try i
again, the logic may have got corrupted through 'voltage spikes' o
the mains
It may or may not work but worth a try, happens alot with Sky an
cable TV boxes

bad explaining on my part new to me , the unit is 2nd hand and out of
warranty

thanks i'll try that , do you think a voltage rgulator would be
worthwhile?

thanks tried this but still no joy any other ideas folkks. does anyone
know if empty or time expired cartridges will do this?
