I need to replace my (very unsatisfactory) Hauppauge PVR PCI card.

I need a card with which I can watch TV in a window, which would ideally
cope with both analogue and digital transmissions but which should also
allow me to access analogue teletext and provide me with a way to
(automatically) extract data in the shape of share prices from them.
VTPlus on the Hauppauge card sometimes does this before it falls over or
crashes the machine...!
