Mouse freezing on HP NC6000 |
|
|
I'm having a recurring problem that's driving me nuts. I have an HP
NC6000, and every so often the mouse will freeze -- totally lock up.
This only happens when I am at home and connected to my home network
(secured wireless) -- but it doesn't always happen. When it happens, I
must reboot -- usually I have to shut down and start up again after a
few minutes, as a simple restart doesn't always work.
I have updated my driver to version 7.12.7.0, but that doesn't seem to
help. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance! |

Not a solution to your problem,
but this is a great mouse for notebooks.
I've used this mouse for 6 months with no problems.
