What is max. resolution for GeForce 6800 (256Mb) in DUALVIEW |

Does anybody know what is the maximum resolution that can be achieved
when connecting the GEForce 6800 PCIExpress to 2 Eizo 768 monitors in
DualView mode. I wish to achive 2560 x 1024 (which I can achieve on my
ageing Matrox G550). Can this matched or bettered?
Also, does anybody know what cable I need to connect the nvidia to the
TWO monitors via DVI-D?

You mean spanning the desktop across two monitors, each at 1280x1024? If you
6800 card has two DVI ports, it can do this easily. Just hook up one LCD to
each port.

If your card has only one DVI port, you cannot drive two monitors with it.
nVidia 6800 cards are not designed to use medusa cables.

I'm running two 24" Dell (2405FPW) Flat LCD Panels, each at 1920x1200
(highest wide-screen rez these LCDs do) in DualView mode in Windows XP pro
on an AGP BFG 6800 GT OC, which has one DVI out and one SVGA out. Using a
lil converter plug on the SVGA so it fits the DVI port on LCD #2. Can't tell
a difference with my eyes between the two LCD's. Not sure if one is getting
"digital" signal while the other is getting "analog" but it works :)
