LaserJet 1320n reprints all jobs |
|
|
We have a new HP LaserJet 1320n that does not remove the print job once
printed. Then, when the computer is restarted, they all print again.
I've tried the PCL5 and PCL6 drivers downloaded from HP's webpage as
well as the driver on the CD that shipped with the printer. I've made
sure that "Keep printed documents" is not checked in the Advanced
printer properties. I've tried checking and unchecking "Enable
advanced printing features."
Older drivers, such as the HP LaserJet IIID drivers, work fine.
I'd appreciate any suggestions. |

Frank:
Go into the printer's Properties_Details_Port Setting.
Disable BiDriectional Communication.
That should take care of the problem.
