Install CD Needed |

Somehow I lost the CD to install my Sony Cybershot camera. I have it
installed on my main computer but not my laptop and need it there, too.
I really need the disk and I can't find anywhere where I can buy the
disk. Would anyone loan me theirs or burn me a copy? |

If, like me, the only thing you need is the driver, I'd be happy to |
email it to you but you can also find it on Sony's web site.

Usually that would be the case, but I experimented with the software
that came with it (on the one computer I installed that software on)
and found I really liked it and have an actual use for it. I'm a
realtor and the music video maker that's part of the Picture Package
software that came with the disk turns out to make really fine virtual
tours for my listings. So the laptop I use at the office needs it too
but now I no longer can find what I did with the disk. I've got this
vague recollection of putting it up somewhere for "safe keeping" but
two weeks of tearing the house apart has not turned it up. |

What model of cybershot do you have??? Don't know if all the same, but I
have a DCS-P93 and I have a CD called Picture Package ver 1.0 (Picture
package, Cyber-shot Life, Usb Driver and ImageMixer VCD2) is what the
contents say!! Properties say it is 185 MB, probably to much to email.

If you do not find an easier way, I can post the disk on a FTP site for
you to download. Being presently in Europe, making you a copy and
mailing it would not be very fast. I too have a realtor's licence
(Florida) but inactive. I sympathize ... Let me know privately.

If you can split the total CD files between two Zip file under 100 |
megabytes each, you can go to http://www.dropload.com and setup an
account. You upload the two files and the site sends an email
notice to Kathy that she has files to pickup. The email messages
have links to download the files one time. The link expires in
seven days if the files are not picked up. The service is free.
You, of course, would need her email address.

You must have been away from your computer for years ... I contacted you
via your email several times to let you know the file had been uploaded.
Then the site I had uploaded it to contacted you to advise you the file
was available. But it keeps it only a week.
Now I am prepared to redo all this but only when a direct contact and
working contact has been established with you. I have spent significant
time on this and am a little disappointed.
