WinOnCD 5 - how do I change output cd?

WinOnCD 5 - how do I change output cd?

When I click on the "Select" button only one of my two CD drives is
listed? How can I get WinonCD to display the other drive? Do I need
to reinstall WinonCD? Only one drive was present when WinonCD was
first installed.

Also, can anyone tell me where to get an english manual for ANY
version on WinonCD? There are a lot of links on Google but they're
all dead.
