My Plextor drive will not burn a CD-RW. It used to. When I try to flash
the firmware, the software says that no drive is found. It burns just
fine for regular CDRs. Anybody know what the problem could be?

I haven't had any experience in this myself but found this page of
blink codes for the plextor so may be of assistance?
