Is there any way I can map a usb webcam connected to pc1 from pc2?

The pc1 user will continue to use pc1 while the user on pc2 will be
monitoring the webcam on pc1.

Any ideas?

Not sure about mapping the webcam as it is unable to be shared across a

network. However you can share the software that the camera uses, e.g.
Active Webcam, etc. If the software was on pc1 and you were on pc2, you
could then access the software and run it on pc2, and you would get a
live image from pc1
