Does anyone know of a mid-ranged ($100 -199) flatbed scanner
that has 64-bit drivers?

The Epson Perfection 4490 Photo has 64-bit drivers available for download on

their support site.

This scanner is slightly out or the price range you listed, but now on sale
at www.circuitcity.com for just under $213 US.

Check out the scanners at

You can then go to the driver download section to see if a 64-bit version is
available for the scanner of your choice.
