Recently, I obtained a hard disk rack from someone.
But the driver is not incluede.
I connected the rack to the SCSI controller, and my pc says it is
"ESG-SHV SCA HSBP M9" and driver needs to be installed.

I've never heard of "ESG-SHV" and I don't know where to download the
driver.

Does anyone have any idea where I can download the driver, or any
clue?

What OS do you have?
This is an Intel Hotswap Backplane.
